Return Process

  Contact our support team within 30 days of delivery with your order number and reason for return to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA).

  Prepare the Package

  Securely pack the watch in its original presentation box, ensuring all protective films, tags, manuals, and warranty cards are included and intact.

  Ship the Item

  Affix the provided shipping label or use a trackable courier service to send the package back to our designated quality control center.

  Inspection and Refund

  Once our horologists verify the condition of the timepiece, we will process your full refund or exchange within 5-7 business days.
